HOW I LOST 15 POUNDS BEFORE STARTING THE WORKOUT ROUTINES

Hey world!!!

ok, so this is not a magic secret or anything its a simple way to understand dieting and weight loss a little better. I honestly did not need to lose 120 pounds or anything like that but it worked with helping me take 15 pounds off in 6 weeks, THE RIGHT WAY and that's the important part.
